Adventure Log by Neil the Explorer: Man you sure can explore a lot of uncharted territory with ease when you’re riding an ATV. Sometimes you just might lose yourself and forget how far you’ve traveled – though the needle on your fuel gauge or the condition of your tires is sure to remind you.
And when you’re as busy as my good friends Tom and Megan are these days, unearthing the puzzle of the Lost Mummy, it’s easy to lose track of time - especially for looking after your adventure gear. So this morning when Tom finally took a peek at the tread on his tires, he knew it was high-time to swap em’ out with a fresh set of rubber.
“Slicing along those sandstone trails …” said Tom, “makes a whole world of difference with good traction,” and with Megan’s help they had those tires changed faster than a Mighty Kart pit crew. And best part, all I had to do was kick back and watch.
