Mighty Town is adorned with beautiful lakes and rivers that are cherished by water sports enthusiasts in the summer months. But with all that activity, there’s bound to be some accidents and mishaps on the water. When there’s a waterborne emergency, it’s up to the Mighty Town Fire Department to come to the rescue. It always responds first with its River Rescue Unit, which is at the ready with its rescue gear and highly trained crew.
Piloting the boat is Sean the Marine Safety Specialist. He’s an expert swimmer and a masterful pilot, not to mention a veteran paramedic. His partner aboard the rescue boat is Scott the Rescue Diver. The River Rescue Unit uses a purpose built rigid inflatable boat with two powerful MTC outboard motors, so it launches quickly and always gets to trouble fast. Fishing distressed boaters and swimmers from the raging rapids of Mighty River is just the beginning of a days work for this crew, which is constantly patrolling the waterways to ensure safe and enjoyable recreation.
