Our fearless rescue crew member Scott is a Master SCUBA diver - responsible for surface and subsurface water rescue. He and his boat pilot Sean provide assistance to recreational boaters and other watercraft on Lake Mighty, but they’re most often deployed on rescue missions - when white river rafters get bounced among the pinball rapids, especially the series of class-5 rapids better know as “Diablo’s Gulch”
Their specially equipped fire truck has an inflated raft trailer designed to be quickly discharged into the water. The waterways are much safer with this rescue team on patrol who remind you to “always wear your life jackets”.
