How secure is my online order?
Mighty World assures the security of your credit card information with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a 128-bit encrypted SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
What is your return policy?

You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery to you for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges). All returns require a Returns Authorization Number (RAN). You may obtain a RAN by calling our customer service department at 1 (877) MW4-TOYS or by sending an email to onlinestore@mightyworld.com

  • All returned merchandise must be unused, in its original retail box, including all packaging materials, inserts, instructions, and accessories.
  • All returns must be packed in an outer shipping carton with a valid RAN written on its outside. We will refuse any package that does not have a valid RAN.
  • A copy of your original invoice must be included in your return package.
  • Please ship your parcel back to us Freight Prepaid. We suggest that you use Fedex Ground Service "Insured". We cannot accept freight-collect shipments. We will not reimburse for items damaged or lost in return shipping.

Returns are typically processed within 1-2 days of receipt, at which time we will refund the purchase price of your item and any applicable taxes to your original form of payment. Please note that it can take 3 - 5 working days from the date of our issuing a refund for the credit to show up in your account.

Items received in error or arriving damaged must be reported to us as soon as possible by calling us at 1 (877) MW4-TOYS or by sending an email to onlinestore@mightyworld.com. You will be issued a RAN and provided further instructions on how to return the items to us free of charge for an exchange.

For any other product warranty related issues, please contact the manufacturer directly at their consumer service website at mightyworld.com/contact.

Can I cancel or modify my order after I submit it?
After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email which includes the details of your order. This will allow you to confirm that your order was placed correctly. As long as your order has not been shipped, we are happy to assist you with changes to your order. Contact our Customer Service at 1 (877) MW4-TOYS or by emailing onlinestore@mightyworld.com to discuss the necessary changes to your order. Please place your order number in the subject line of your email.
