FedEx Express orders (Standard Overnight/2Day/Express Saver) received by noon pacific time will be shipped the same day. Such orders will arrive as follows:

Standard Overnight - By end of day the next business day
2 Day - By end of day two business days later
Express Saver - By end of day three business days later (in most areas)

FedEx Express orders received after noon pacific time will be shipped the next business day. This will add one day to the above transit times.

Fedex Ground and Home Delivery orders will be shipped the next business day. Transit times vary and are quoted at checkout in terms of working days. These estimates include the additional day for us to process and pack your order. Please note that Ground and Home Delivery transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed by Fedex. Delivery time is by end of day, which can be well into the evening during busy times. Please note that for Fedex Ground, working days are Monday to Friday. For Fedex Home Delivery, working days are Tuesday to Saturday. Fedex Home Delivery does not deliver on Sundays or Mondays.

Standard FREE Ground delivery orders are generally shipped the next business day, thought may be shipped later during busy periods. Transit times vary, but generally do not exceed 7 days (8 days for remote areas). Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping charges are not included in the price of the product. We calculate our rates per shipment, based on total or dimensional weight as applicable. When you place your order our system will contact the FedEx servers and get a real-time quote of the shipping charges for your order. You will be presented with several service level options, each with its own cost. You will be charged the shipping cost of the option that you chose.

Please note that for some shipments, the weight used for calculating the shipping cost may be higher than the actual weight of the shipment, depending on the size of the box shipped. In some cases where the boxes are large relative to their weight, we will use dimensional weight to determine the shipping cost. In no instance will we ever ship an order and charge you more than the shipping charges we quoted you at checkout.

We are not able to ship to Canada at this time because of the prohibitive cost of custom clearance for ground shipments.
