Thanks to her hard work, each morning the Mighty Town Bakery is filled with mouthwatering selections of home-style pastries, breads, cakes, donuts, muffins and more.
Trained by the gifted Philepe the Chef, Molly has acquired both puff pastry training and bread baking know-how. By combining these two culinary skills she has come to produce splendid croissants.
Despite the growing popularity of her handmade pies, whatever the quantity, Molly still bakes them to order. Ms. Susan loves them so much she always makes sure to stop by before the library opens to taste the latest baked creations.
